Aiwen Li is a senior partner at Dentons and concentrates her practice on sino-foreign joint ventures and Chinese-foreign co-operative enterprises, along with a wide range of corporate and financial activities. Additionally, her practice also touches on real estate, intellectual property, contracts and dispute resolution involving financial institutions.

She has been the permanent legal advisor for Beijing Tongrentang Group Co., LTD., SPDB Beijing Branch, Agricultural Bank of China, CMBC, Hua Xia Bank and CIBC. She has taken part in the drafting and revision many contracts on behalf of banks, participated in syndicated loan projects and provided legal services for a number of major financial projects.
